I love these enzymes ! They work very well and am so glad I ordered them . I’m just not sure how many to take per meal ? Directions say one or , as prescribed . Anyone help me with this ?

Works For Me

I started taking Digesti-Zyme about 4 months ago since I was experiencing nausea after eating a meal. I was losing weight too since I was afraid to eat. After reading a couple of T.C. Hale's books I decided to give Digesti-Zyme a try and must say that my digestion is much improved and I no longer experience nausea.
