COMMISSIONS
NATURAL REFERENCE reserves the right to revoke any practitioners status to earn commissions from this site at time, for any reason they see fit. Commission checks paid MUST be deposited within 120 days or those commissions will be waived and revoked and no longer available to the practitioner. Replacement commissions will not be offered after this time period has expired.

NON-COMPETE
Any practitioner or professional registered on the NATURAL REFERENCE website who is found to be selling any product's from the terrain specific line on their own online store will have all commissions held until they remove those products from their online store. Any online sales that take place for their clients must take place behind a password protected login. Terrain specific products are not permitted to be sold to the public without a consultation. Any pages that hold any of the products you receive from us must not be searchable by search engines and must be kept behind that login.

NATURAL REFERENCE reserves the right, without prior notice, to restrict access to any areas or features of the Site.
The buyer is Accountable for the ingredients in the products he orders, if the ingredients are regulated by any authority in his Individual location.

Nondomestic shipments are nonreturnable, and the Supplier of the Products admittedly has no control over governmental or customs or shipper decisions any controversy is to be absorbed by the buyer.

NATURAL REFERENCE can not be held responsible for any shipments that are lost or damaged by USPS or UPS, or stolen from your property once they are delivered. We pay to insure our packages for $50 for USPS shipments, but can not be help responsible for any losses above that amount.
